Parking Ticket Creation--Computerized Tickets with TicketWrite™ 2.0

Our premier software, TicketWrite™ 2.0, issues automated parking violations using the all-weather rugged Radix FW500 handheld computer. Each FW500 computer is equipped with an integrated FWP-30 thermal printer and may include an FWL-10 integrated laser scanner that can be used to scan bar codes and/or capture pictures of the violation.

Tickets are thermal printed on 3"x7" tear-proof, waterproof, smudge-proof polythermal customized stock. The scofflaw feature of TicketWrite™ 2.0 automatically prints the arrears and number of unpaid parking tickets issued against the vehicle registration. Tickets are inserted into a neon orange envelope that encourages payment over the Internet through PayMyParkingTickets.com.

Parking Enforcement Officers can transfer their tickets to the main computer at the end of their shift or the supervisor can transfer the tickets for all officers at the end of the workday. The computers are incredibly reliable; however, should one break down, all PEOs will be equipped with two books of manual parking tickets.
